07 — terms & disclosures

Read the
full context.

These terms explain the independent nature of KodakGP, the risks associated with real-world trading, payment handling, customer conduct, and the limits of support.

Last updated: September 2026Independent operator

01 — identity

Independent
operator.

kodakGP is an independent third-party store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Jagex Ltd., Old School RuneScape, or any payment provider named on the site. Brand names and game references are used only to describe the intended service context.

02 — game rules

RWT carries
account risk.

Buying, selling, or facilitating Old School RuneScape gold for real-world currency may violate Jagex Terms of Service and related game rules. Consequences can include trade restrictions, mutes, account suspension, or permanent bans. KodakGP cannot guarantee that an account will avoid enforcement action, loss, rollback, or other game consequences.

Decision standard: Review the applicable Jagex rules and your local restrictions independently. Proceed only if you understand and accept the risks.

03 — order process

Requests are
not approvals.

Submitting an order form creates a support and reconciliation request. It does not guarantee inventory, price, acceptance, delivery timing, or a completed trade. The operator may request clarification, decline a request, or close it when the information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsafe, or unavailable.

  1. Buy requests are validated between 100M and 10B GP.
  2. Public stock is capped at 10B GP during beta.
  3. The operator may confirm a final amount, payment rail, network, location, and handoff route before payment.
  4. Manual review is required before a request is treated as paid or fulfilled.
  5. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate RSN and reachable reply channel.

04 — payment handling

Confirm before
you send.

Available rails may include Cash App, BTC, LTC, ETH, and USDC. Addresses, networks, payment notes, and QR images are operational details that may change. Use only the current details shown for the active request and confirm unexpected changes through official support.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, network, and note.
  • Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. KodakGP cannot reverse a transfer sent to an incorrect address or network.
  • Payment screenshots are not a substitute for a transaction ID or hash and should be redacted before sharing.
  • Do not make duplicate or split payments unless the operator has explicitly confirmed the instruction.

05 — privacy & safety

Credentials stay
with you.

KodakGP does not need a game password, bank PIN, authenticator code, recovery code, seed phrase, private key, or remote-access session. Requests for those details are outside the service standard and should be treated as a security incident.

Global Chat is nickname-only. Do not post payment proofs, private wallet information, account credentials, or personally identifying details publicly. Support provides store guidance and safety refusals; it is not a financial, legal, or game-enforcement authority.

06 — conduct

Keep the service
usable.

Do not use the site, support channels, or Global Chat for harassment, impersonation, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, cheat tools, injection, or automation intended to break game rules. KodakGP may restrict access to customers or accounts that abuse the service, impersonate staff, publish dangerous content, or interfere with operations.

07 — availability

Service is
best effort.

Rates, inventory, payment rails, response times, site availability, chat availability, and delivery windows are provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, rate movement, operator availability, and events outside KodakGP’s control can cause delay or interruption.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, KodakGP makes no promise that the site or any handoff will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at a specific time.

08 — casino play

Casino play
at play.kodakgp.com.

The OSRS Casino at play.kodakgp.com is 18+ only. One account per person; no VPN or proxy use. Every round is provably fair: the server commits to its seed with a hash before play, and seeds are revealed for verification afterwards.

  • New accounts get a 25M GP welcome bonus. It unlocks after 40x wagering, converting up to 500M GP.
  • While a welcome bonus is locked, the maximum bet is 5M GP.
  • Withdrawals are GP-only: 1M GP minimum, 2% fee, delivered in-game by trade.

09 — questions

Need clarification?
Ask first.

Use the official Support page before paying when an instruction is unclear. For general coordination, use Global Chat without publishing sensitive information.
