05 — payment operations

Pay with
control.

Use this guide to move from an accepted order to a correctly labeled payment. The order reference, RSN, amount, rail, and network must agree before you send funds.

100M minimum10B maximummanual reconciliation
Start with an order. Submit the KodakGP order form first. Wait for the KG reference and the payment instructions for that request. A QR image or address is not an authorization to pay by itself.

Payment sequence

Four checks.

01
Create the request

Select Buy GP, choose 100M–10B GP, enter your RSN and reply channel, then submit the request. Nothing is charged by the form.

02
Record the KG reference

Keep the KG-XXXX reference with the intended amount and payment rail. It is the primary reconciliation key for your request.

03
Confirm rail and network

Cash App, BTC, LTC, ETH, and USDC are separate rails. For crypto, network selection matters; do not guess an address or network.

04
Send and retain the receipt

Send the exact amount, include the KG reference and RSN where the rail supports a note, and keep the transaction ID for support.

Matching payments

What the store
needs to match.

Manual review compares the order reference, amount, rail, customer-provided RSN, and transaction evidence. A mismatch can delay review. Do not send multiple partial payments unless the operator has explicitly confirmed that approach.

For an existing payment

Contact support with the KG reference, payment rail, amount, and transaction ID. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, private keys, authenticator codes, or full screenshots containing unrelated account information.
